Washington Oaks State Park

Join us in front of the Rose Garden at Washington Oaks State Park for our non-denominational ceremony.

Reception 4:00PM - 9:00PM
Hammock Grill

Immediately following the ceremony, we invite you to partake in cocktails, a curated offering of elevated southern dishes and desserts, and celebrate with us at the nearby Hammock Grill as we enjoy our first gathering as a married couple.

FAQ

Are plus-ones or children allowed?

We are not able to accommodate plus-ones or children for our event. Everyone who is listed on the invitation is invited.

Can I change my entrée after I have submitted it?

Yes! All you need to do is resubmit the RSVP. While we request that the RSVP is submitted before December 1st, 2025, you can change your meal choice up until January 1st, 2026. We will likely not be able to accommodate entrée changes after that.

Can we film or take pictures during the ceremony?

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you not take any photos or videos during the ceremony. You are more than welcome to take photos before and after the ceremony, though!

Is it okay to post photos online?

Yes! If you post on Instagram, please tag @cassidy_dekle. If you post on Facebook, please tag Jessica Dekle or Erin Wright Smith. We look forward to seeing all the pictures you guys take of our day!

Is the ceremony and reception indoor or outdoor?

Both the ceremony and reception are outdoors. The reception is mostly covered, though, and will have space heaters!

What do you recommend if we are traveling/what else is there to do that weekend?

If you are traveling, we recommend getting an Airbnb or a hotel anywhere from Palm Coast to St. Augustine! If you are looking for other activities to do that weekend, we recommend...

  • A lazy day at the beach, grab a book and a blanket!

What colors are reserved for the wedding party?

Dark green, sapphire blue, and white are reserved colors. Please avoid wearing those colors.

What can I do if I have an allergy?

Please let us know when you RSVP and the restaurant will be more than happy to accommodate your needs.
